Program Description:
The main goal of this program is to strengthen community based organizations through organizational planning and development. The skills developed as a result of the program training series allow citizens to build or join existing organizations to improve the delivery of human services and enhance economic development in their communities.

Part 1: Assessing Your Organization’s Structure and Mission; Part 2: Refining Your Organization’s Vision and Goals; Part 3: Planning for Community and Economic Development; Part 4: Securing Funds for Your Organization; and Part 5: Developing Working Relationships with Community Assets.
Impact Highlights:
A total of 25 community-based organizations completed the program training series.
