Program Description:
The program consists of a community-wide initiative to identify community assets, and establish development priorities for business, government, and individual initiatives. The program trains local facilitators to conduct a series of “town meetings” and “community conversations.” A community-wide forum is the final session, which brings together various neighborhoods, locales, or other designated areas.

Basic, for participants; Intermediate for facilitator training

Impact Highlights:
The local industrial board president and county judge executive have been successful in organizing implementation teams to pursue identified priorities. A local tourism council is being formed.
